43. How understanding yourself helps you to be consistent

This week I'm talking consistency. In setting boundaries, for yourself and kids, and in building habits. However, over time I have come to understand that part of the key to consistency is understanding yourself, being accountable to yourself, and fighting the discomfort of other things which you may want to do or say, or even the discomfort of giving yourself permission to undergo self care activities.
