29. My Mental Health, Meditation and Mindfulness.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and I am checking in to let you know how I deal with the day to day. Reassuring you that you are not alone in having good days and bad days and that we are all muddling through. A bit more of a real picture behind the scenes. 

 

In addition I talk about how meditation and mindfulness have helped me to connect to myself, my values, and noticing when actually it is important that I take a step back and recoup.
